So we will inform you about our internet sales.
The products on this website can be purchased with the exception of some products, so please feel free to contact us.

For customers visiting our rock store for sightseeing/travel:

Our store is registered as a duty-free shop. To be exempt from Japanese consumption tax (10%), you must have a passport showing you entered Japan on a tourist visa. Please be sure to bring it with you. This offer is limited to customers who take their purchases home the same day. (From November 1, 2026, in-store duty-free sales will be discontinued under the new duty-free system.) The current duty-free limit is 500,000 yen per day. Furthermore, your purchase history will be sent online to the National Tax Agency to verify whether your purchase qualifies for duty-free purchase on the same day. (Updated June 8, 2026)

How to order in Japan

**If you live in Japan and want to ship within Japan

First of all, please be sure to fill in the product number, product name, and your contact information from the question page at the bottom of the homepage and send us a message.

After confirming that the product is in stock, please place an order directly from the order column on the product page you wish to purchase.

The only payment methods are bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit card cash on delivery and convenience store payment.

How to order outside Japan

★For customers residing overseas who wish to have their orders shipped internationally★

We apologize for any inconvenience. Our website's payment system cannot process orders from overseas customers. Please read "How to Order" at the bottom of the website. If you agree to the terms, please send us a message via the inquiry section on the product page you wish to purchase, including your contact information.

We will check the stock status and reply within 24 hours. *If you do not receive a reply from us, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please double-check your email address and send your message again.

AProduct Information 【Pre-orders/Holds】

Currently, we do not accept pre-orders or holds from overseas. If you are coming to Japan from overseas and would like to try out the product in-store before purchasing, we can hold it for 3 days. Please contact us via the inquiry form 3 days before you plan to visit the Rock Store.

Payment Information

In-store payment methods within Japan include cash, bank transfer, major credit cards, and QR code payments such as PayPay, auPay, AirPay, MelPay, and Alipay.

Payments from outside Japan are generally processed via PayPal. Confirmation is immediate. A separate fee applies to PayPal payments.

(*Only PayPal-verified email addresses are accepted. Products will only be shipped to the address registered with PayPal.) *International bank transfers may take 3-4 days for payment confirmation. Bank transfer fees (borne by the customer) will also be added.

Shipping Information

We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding weekends, almost every day. Our shipping carriers are DHL and EMS.

Shipping costs are determined by size for DHL shipments and by weight for EMS shipments. We will provide a quote for the most economical shipping method for your region upon inquiry.

Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the customs regulations of your country before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, tariffs and taxes. Please check the customs rules in your country before ordering.

About Packing

We ship guitars and effectors all over the world. We take great care in packaging our instruments.

In the case of a guitar, it is usually packed in a cardboard box with cushioning material, and then in the original cardboard box.

Please note that there may be cases where the outer packaging is slightly damaged during shipping, but the product itself is protected.

Shipping Insurance

Each shipment is insured. Please check the condition of the instrument within 2 days of arrival and contact us immediately if there is a problem.

About Bundled Shipping

If you purchase multiple items, they can be shipped together. Alternatively, we can send strings and accessories together in the gaps in the package.

About the Invoice

Our invoice is based on your purchase amount. We do not falsify invoices or receipts, so please do not inquire about it.

About Tax

Sales prices on our website include Japanese consumption tax. For customers living in Japan, the sales price will be as shown.

If you are ordering from overseas, Japanese consumption tax will be exempted. Customs duties and taxes may be charged in your country.

Return Policy

All of our guitars, effectors and amplifiers are recorded with photos and videos so that customers can feel at ease before purchasing.

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 24 hours and file a complaint with the shipping company.

Regarding returns, products shipped overseas are sold as “as is” even if the product is brand new.

Notices:

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, or if you refuse or do not agree to pay the customs duty upon arrival, your package may be returned to Japan.

The product will be handled under the contract with the shipping company, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
